项佳谷，国际问题研究专家，奥地利维也纳大学教授。清华大学国际关系学院特约研究员，曾任外交部国际司亚太事务主管官员、副处长、军控司处长、中国常驻联合国代表团安全与裁军部门负责人等职务，并任联合国军控专家组专家。出版专著三部，译著十余部，在《世界知识杂志》、《人民日报海外版》、《扬子晚报》以及《欧洲时报》、《欧洲华信报》、《本月刊》等德国、奥地利报纸发表有关国际关系、历史、文化等内容的文章四十余篇。
Jiagu Ritcher is an expert on international issues and a professor at the University of Vienna, Austria. She is a visiting research fellow at the Department of International Relations in Tsinghua University. She once worked at the Department of International Affairs in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked for the Permanent Mission of China to the United Nations. She has published three monographs and translated more than ten books. She has also published more than forty articles in German and Austrian newspapers such as the People’s Daily Overseas Edition, Yangtse Evening Post and European Times.
