刘凤鸣,1987年毕业于西南师范学院。担任过中学英语教学，大学英语教学。参编过中学课本，大学英语教材。参加过一些英语教学和英语语言学方面的国际学术会议。受留学基金委西部项目资助在英国阿伯丁大学访学一年。
My name is Liu Fengming and I’m currently working at College of International Studies mainly teaching undergraduates two courses, Comprehensive English and Viewing, Speaking and Listening. I graduated from Southwest Normal University in 1987 and got eight years of experiences working with high school students, twenty three years of experiences teaching non-English majors and English majors English. I enjoyed the days of working on English textbooks for high school students, for non-English majors and for English majors. Attending some international conferences, such as AILA 2008, hosted by Germany, and the First International Conference on English Discourse and Communication hosted by Macao Polytechnic Institute, adds sunshine to my career. Studying as a visiting scholar at the University of Aberdeen gave me a chance to know British higher education, academic research and some Scottish culture as well
